Graphite Additive Manufacturing is delighted to be working alongside a very talented young man called Jenson Jowett from Monks Risborough, Buckinghamshire.

Jenson is a ten-year-old kart-racing driver who also has autism. Having driven his first kart on the seafront in Hastings, Jenson quickly developed a love of karting. He has now been selected to represent the ‘Racing with Autism’ team, created by Team Brit.

Quickly proving his skill, he also finished second at Sandown Park against another eighteen teams, despite being the youngest driver there and, if that wasn’t enough, in February 2020 Jenson won the coveted First Place in the Monza Cup (Rye House Driver Club).

Jenson is quickly becoming a rising star so, alongside Graphite’s experience in creating components and design prototypes for the motorsport industry, it was a natural fit for Graphite to sponsor him along his karting journey.

“The whole team at Graphite are delighted to work with him and we’re really excited to watch his growing list of achievements in the sport he loves, whilst raising further awareness of autism in the process.”
