SinterWorx C6 – Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic
Material Description
A specialised carbon fibre filled plastic ideal for functional components that need to be light and strong. It has the highest strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios of any 3D printed plastic, making it ideal for demanding Motorsport applications. Graphite Additive Manufacturing is the only 3D printing bureau in the UK that offers SinterWorx C6.

SinterWorx G4 – Graphite Reinforced Plastic
Material Description
A cost-effective all round material with an excellent black surface finish and mechanical properties. Lighter than comparable glass-filled nylon materials. We often recommend SinterWorx G4 for Automotive applications. This material was developed in-house and is exclusive to Graphite Additive Manufacturing.

Material Description
A versatile and commonly used material in the automotive industry with high flexibility and toughness. PP has comparable properties to injection moulded PP material. It is ideal for serial production and functional prototypes and is suitable for applications requiring high chemical resistance or welding capabilities.

Ceramic SLA (PerFORM)
Material Description
High accuracy, low shrinkage, stable and temperature resistant, this material can also give an exceptionally smooth surface finish, making it ideal to produce parts for metal plating. We recommend PerFORM for wind tunnel components. Reduce development time and get accurate results, fast with PerFORM.
